Venison is such a versatile meat, happily married to traditional flavours as it is with more modern, dynamic flavours and ingredients.

Venison is no longer simply the meat of game keepers as it is now readily accessible in supermarkets, farm shops and farmers markets.

I am passionate about encouraging people to eat Venison throughout the week and not just for special occasions.
